Who we are

CedarPoint is a registered Lebanese company operating two arms: business software and services (cedarpoint.software) and technology education (cedarpoint.tech). These terms cover your use of this website and the general terms of our offerings.

Quotes, projects & deployments

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. Every engagement is confirmed with a written quote covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms: that document governs the work, not this page.

Product deployments include the hardware, installation, and training listed in the chosen tier. The monthly sync fee covers cloud backup, remote reports, and support; pausing it stops those services but never disables your locally running system.

Your data and ownership

Operational data inside Cedar systems belongs to you, exportable at any time. Custom software is delivered with the ownership terms stated in its quote.

We retain the right to describe non-confidential work in our portfolio unless your agreement says otherwise.

Courses & enrollment

Bootcamp and course seats are confirmed on payment per the cohort's terms. Certificates are issued on completing the required projects and assessments: attendance alone is not completion.

Payment plans, refunds, and deferrals are defined per cohort and communicated before you pay.

Warranties & liability

Deployed hardware carries a 12-month replacement warranty serviced locally, unless the quote states otherwise. We support what we ship and fix what breaks on our side.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service that gave rise to it. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, third-party services, or events outside our control.
